• “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
• ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
• ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE’’
• ‘’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’

1. We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our carpets, including dimensions, materials, colors, patterns, and any other relevant information. However, please note that slight variations in color and pattern may occur due to the nature of handmade or natural fiber carpets.

2. Pricing:

1. All prices for carpets are stated in the currency specified on our website or in the invoice.
2. The prices listed do not include any applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping charges. Such charges, if applicable, will be added to the total purchase price during the checkout process.

3. Ordering and Payment:

1. To place an order, select the desired carpet(s) from our online store and proceed to the checkout page.
2. You must provide accurate and complete information for billing, shipping, and contact purposes.
3. We accept payment via the methods specified on our website, which may include credit cards, PayPal, or other secure payment gateways.
4. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

4. Order Confirmation:

6. Returns and Refunds:

1. We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within a specified period (e.g., 7 or 14 days) of receiving the carpet(s).
2. Carpets must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Return shipping costs and any associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Upon receiving the returned item(s) in satisfactory condition, we will process the refund using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. 

 

7.CANCELLATION POLICY :

• Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

8. Warranty:

1. We offer a warranty for manufacturing defects in our carpets for a specified period (e.g., 6 months or 1 year) from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use or maintenance, damage caused by accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
