Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our products and the standards we uphold, Nalbandian Carpets does not offer refunds on any purchases.

We understand that choosing the right carpet is an important decision, which is why we offer the possibility to exchange eligible pieces within 15 days of the original purchase date. To be accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and entirely free of stains, marks, or damage. All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be presented at the time of exchange.
Please note that custom-made or bespoke carpets are non-exchangeable, as they are created exclusively for you and tailored to your specifications.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team. To initiate the process, we invite you to contact us directly or visit your nearest showroom, where our team will be happy to assist you.
